Nice to have the building operational again after so may years of being closed and allowed to decline ... Very modern update to the interior . .. acoustics could be better. .. Nice cafe with plenty of options ... Excellent coffee
We recently enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea at The Plaza. The experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and the staff were exceptional in making sure we had a wonderful time. Many thanks to everyone involved.
Great contemporary performance space in what appears to be a newly restored building, at the heart of Port Talbot. We visited to see one of the celebratory drama pieces around both the 50th Anniversary of WGYTC (West Glamorgan Youth Theatre Company) and the 100th anniversary of the birth of Richard Burton. I understand that when the building was a cinema, this is where Burton (as a youth) would have gone to see movies. So nice to see this building brought back to life.
Small gym which is really hot, myself and others have asked numerous times for the temperature to be reduced but they never take notice. Nothing on the TV screens . Also same music on loop; it rarely changes. It's these little things that make a difference. I wont be renewing my monthly membership.
