   Ordered food New Year’s Eve! Never been so disappointed with a takeaway! The food was absolutely disgusting as if it had been heated up from the day before! Tasted very stale! Will not be returning here again

   We placed an order and the telephone respondent kept hanging up immediately after confirming the order, without allowing us confirm timings, price or name. This happened 3 times when we called back and then on the 4th time they didn’t pick up at all. Can’t comment on the food though as we ended up placing the order with another company.

   Couldn't have been better. We ordered by phone and collected the food. Others may complain, but we had a lovely meal. Monday evening and I guess it was quiet, but the lady who took the order was most helpful despite her obvious handicap with our language; I guess that means it's more authentically Chinese! Anyway she was fantastic. We had a set meal for two and it was really good. I will definitely use this place again and unreservedly recommend it. And yes I paid for my meal and have been offered no incentive to post this here. Just a footnote, any business can have an "off" moment or two (particularly in catering) and this is especially true if it's busy. If things aren't up to scratch, talk to the people in the shop first before posting online.

   Last night waited over an hour from original eta delivery time of 7.20pm finally arrived 8.30pm. Then discovered the crispy duck was just pancakes and duck - cucumber and spring onions missing.

   Worst meal from this outlet in 3 years tonight, sweet and sour sauce totally devoid of flavour when it's a 10 minute job to make a stunning example and chicken balls in soggy batter with white batter mix still visible inside. Meal in total came north of £40 and was worth about a tenner.

   D I S G R A C E- customer service here is a joke. My meal came to £10.80 they then tried to charge me £15.80 as I was making a card payment! £5.00 to use my own card….. Doing this to local people will drive them away! Also whilst I was in the shop arguing with what I would say was a 12 year old boy so they didn’t have to give him a free bottle of coke for spending over £30.00 as started online at the time of ordering! Poor lad was on the phone to his mum crying
