Absolutely amazing accessibility support from Steven. Late email request for accessible seating due to mobility issues and I had an immediate phone call offering support and new tickets with stair free seats. Also queried captioning for an event next year and was informed 2 front row seats had been reserved pending enquiries with the relevant production company. Flawless customer service. Would highly recommend. Stunning venue and great performances available.

I spend many hours a year watching bands for work and leisure. The Swansea Arena has absolutely stunning acoustics. The seating is comfortable and relatively roomy. Oddly, when buying a bottle of water, the staff have to remove the bottle top, in case you throw it at the artist. Presumably it's ok to throw the actual bottle and its contents.

Fantastic venue. So glad I choose this over CIA in Cardiff. The venue is fantastic cannot wait to see more things here. Well organised, clean and a great experience. They even close bars during shows win win!

Fantastic venue, great friendly staff, great sound. Parking at St David's close and good value £2 all day Sunday. Level 42 and Roachford absolutely brilliant!

First time to the venue, to see Dara O’Briain. Venue is excellent really massive hall fantastic sound clears sight of the stage from every seat and comfortable of modern environment. Didn’t try the drinks and snacks venue but they look to be a lot. Show itself was great, two hours, passed with a blink of an eye and tears of laughter. Xx five stars for both of the show and the venue.

Fabulous arena in centre of Swansea. Looks in great condition, with bar areas and seating places around the venue. Staff helpful and friendly. Venue has acoustic wall sound treatments to reduce echos. Car park right next to the arena. Good disabled access.

First time visiting Swansea Arena and it was impressive. The architecture/lighting outside is lovely, especially teamed up with the lit up connecting bridge across to the City centre. On entry there is a scanner and you are asked to put your bags through a separate one. Staff were friendly and did check my bag too. The foyer has plenty of signage and staff to help you navigate the building. The lift to the front of the building did not seem to be working, and I noticed a lady on crutches having to navigate to another entry to get in though. There are bars & toilets on all levels. I visited the lower level and there was also a stand selling food as well which consisted of chips and Mac and cheese with a variety of toppings. There’s some seating around the foyers to enjoy drinks/food. I didn’t have anything -the prices were quite steep. The arena is really impressive with good pitch on seating. The seats are not as comfortable as the ones over at Cardiff Millennium Centre but still were ok for the length of the performance. The sound and lighting were excellent for the show (Will Young) . The seat I had (A39) provided an amazing view. The only grumble I had wasn’t with the venue but some of the audience filming the show on their phones with their torch/flashes on and also putting their rubbish/drinks all over the floor which was frustrating for those around them. Otherwise it was an excellent show.

What a beautiful and unique arena. Staff was very helpful and lovely. Seats were quite tight and uncomfortable for the standard seating even for disabled. I attended to see Corey Taylor with my friend James. Myself and James want to say a big thank you to Stephen who helped myself and James to our seats for Corey Taylor concert tonight. He went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful and grateful to him and all his help and patience with us. We appreciate him so much! We cannot wait to come back to this beautiful arena and to see and thank Stephen again. Thanks a lot.

What a great arena, truly is a jewel. Everything from the approach to the inside is quality. A large bar and waiting area awaits downstairs and the theatre itself is a joy, the seating is steep meaning the row in front doesn't spoil your view, the sound quality and acoustics enjoyable. All in all a positive experience.
