   Quick service didn’t wait more then 10 mins for my 6 piece and 4 fries with a decent price of £12. Chips was crispy and fluffy but could’ve done with a bit more salt. Chicken was juicy and fresh but I wish it was abit more crispy considering it’s a fried chicken chain. Maybe next time the chicken will have some more crispy.

   This place has gone down hill unfortunately, used to be the best place around. They changed their chips quite a while ago to what tastes like cheap/poor quality. They should bring back the old chips. I think cleanliness has also gone down! I recently got sick after having a wrap meal. Staff have become a bit lazy when it comes to cleanliness, I’ve seen the workers come from outside and not wash their hands before cooking/touching food. Also you shouldn’t be using your personal mobile phone then start touching food without washing your hands. They used to be really on top of things, but seems ownership have gotten lazy which is unfortunate!

   SO disappointed came in for a snack it chicken tender box and instead of their usual crispy tenders I basically got a panco crumbed Dino nugget.. what happened to your normal chicken tenders?? Also had a spicy filet burger, not spicy at all as it usually is and there was chilli sauce which has never been there before… so disappointing won’t be returning

   Good food at a great price vs the likes of KFC and other chicken outlets. You know what you are getting here. Good food at a good price. Never been let down on service or quality of food, it has always been consistent. They even deliver as well

   I’m never able to take a picture of the food due to eating it too quickly. One of the best chicken shops I’ve had. Been here a lot of times and this place has never disappointed. I’m almost waiting for this place to serve me a bad meal to stop me from going and eating here a lot. The calories aren’t helping me. Great food and friendly service. Will recommend.
