Too many students to look after that no one could possibly look after each one well. Children's education and emotional wellbeing are pushed to the sidelines.
this school has left many children contemplating suicide from the extreme pressure and stress applied to us by our teachers and slt. there are very few teachers here that actually know what they're doing and many of them leave us feeling as though we haven't learnt anything and have wasted serveal hours a day on useless education. the school changed one of my courses with 0 notice and told me i had no choice other than to suffer through the pain of being on a course i despise for 3 years instead of being reasonable and allowing me to change my option to something more desirable. don't trust anything this school says as we're forced to only say good things about the school on open days. speak to pretty much any student from here and they would advise against coming here. terrible school. should be closed down. would give it 0 stars if i could
Terrible school. Ruined by being taken over by Swale academy. Sends information to parents through the My Child at School system with constant errors, spelling mistakes and factual inaccuracies. Seems unable to keep accurate records or provide consistent policies. Please do not send your children here. I can't wait for mine to leave!
My son did not like it and the teachers are bad I would recommend you not to go there
Stupid idea to put all the homework on the internet, with no room to write it in our planners. It wont let me on the website... I'll enjoy telling you that i havent got my homework. Fair enough your trying to save trees and whatever by not putting so much room in our planner, but maybe just cut out all the crap at the beginning that nobody reads; therefore giving us some space to write our homework in- i believe that is what the 'planners' were designed for? no? Also not everybody has internet access and it should be a simple easy thing to find out what our homework is. Also i find it incredibly shallow that the school is so strict on clothing, hair, peircings, makeup; the school uniform is black and white and i thought that going to school was all about finding your own path and style? This is what you encourage for us to do : not to copy, to be origional, to not pick on those who are different, to not follow our friends(picking subjects ect.) this is a stupid school. Also the purple t-shirts are disgusting and no-one will where them, i picked to be a student leader to have responsability and make desicions/help make them, not to look like an idiot.
