   Food was absolutely freezing, the worst I have ever experienced, I’m sure they must have been cooked at least this morning, it is now 10 at night, when I rang to complain as I am pregnant and very hungry, the girl I spoke with was very sarcastic, very rude, very Ugg-ly sounding, and when I told her I don’t like her attitude she said and I quote ‘ahahaha wElLl sAaayYss YoOuU’ as if she’s not the one whom is supposed to be presenting decent customer service at the very least, I’m just a sad and upset customer for the millionth time might I add. Very demure, I rang back for an apology and she could not take accountability as expected from a McDonald’s manager I suppose. She infact manipulated the whole situation, cute try and Great work getting to the position you are at, you must be proud.

   I rarely use the Daventry branch but each time I do the staff are nothing but polite and welcoming. This morning I was ordering a takeaway coffee at the machine when a member of staff went out of her way to warn me about the floor being potentially slippy. She was extremely polite and was lovely having a friendly chat. Plus the coffee was as good as always.

   There was no water or McFlurries available on the menu at the restaurant. The happy meal only had the books available (no toys) and when the order arrived at the table the Big Mac and additional chicken nuggets were missing. Going to the counter to report the missing items it took 3 staff members before anyone resolved the problem. Not to mention the small car park that makes access to the restaurant a challenge. A very disappointing experience from this restaurant.

   Very inconsistent, the food is sometimes really nice and sometimes very okay, but never really bad. The service is good, the restaurant is nice to sit in. The car park can get full. I have seen the Janitor here the entire time I've been growing up in Daventry, and I want to thank him for everything he's done to keep the place clean and tidy.

   Was quiet when I went through the drive through about 10.30 on Sunday evening, didn’t take long and meal was all present and correct, did worry my Big Mac had no sauce in it and was about to go to change it but found it in the end. Presentation could be a bit better but it all goes down the same way and tastes the same. Never had a problem there each time I have visited.

   4th time of ordering food. 4th time food arrived over an hour late totally inedible as stone cold. So near enough £50 spent on 4 meals..no compensation offered. So never again will I order from them again. Mcdonalds refused to accept any responsibility on using just eat to deliver orders. Total disgrace.

   Every experience I have had in daventry McDonald’s has always been a great one especially a massive thank you to Andy who looks after lobby! A few things have literally bugged me over the last 6 months, especially one person in particular her name is Holly or Holly Ann rude disrespectfuand conc girl who clearly was brought up with no manners. I have heard her being disrespectful to other members of staff and I have spoke to management about this. Tonight my grandson was having a meltdown and she clearly voiced her frustration to a clearly frustrated family who were trying to leave as fast as we could. End of the day this person works in retail

   I observed two disabled people working - congratulations on your sensitivity and humanity!!! Besides being beautiful, it's an example!!! Polite and attentive staff. Car park good and easy to park.

   Card machine broke, waited ten minutes in the drive through for it to be fixed. These things happen but then the food was stone cold when we got it. When getting a takeaway you find out 5 mins down the road so too late to do anything about it.
