Husband absolutely loved his flight experience and apparently nailed a landing a Gibraltar like a pro! Super friendly instructor; excellent all round!

    - cancelled our booking. - Refused to refund and ignored emails. They cancelled our booking 10 days before our agreed upon date and refused to refund us. They said they do not have to refund us as they are only ‘postponing’ the booking. Nb, alternative dates offered were months in advance so not a suitable alternative. The whole experience with them was pretty unprofessional and uncomfortable from the start. I paid extra to have a weekend booking but quickly discovered they very very little availability for any dates/times, so we decided to take a week day booking (they did not offer to refund us the difference). In order to book you need to email and ask what dates are available and then there’s a back and forth via email before your booking is confirmed - how inefficient?! We booked time off work, paid for our flights and accommodation. 10 days before the agreed date they cancelled it due to ‘electrical problems’ in their building. We then requested a refund as we are not in the position to make this trip again (the hotel and flights for the family were close to £2000). We have a 5 month old baby so we’re not exactly flush with cash right now, or have the flexibility to just travel whenever. We had to chase the refund request as we hadn’t heard anything. After 1 week and a reminder email from us the company rejected our refund request saying they would only extend the voucher. We sought legal advice and were told that the company was in breach of contract as a date had been agreed. They told us to email the company to say that the company must honour the agreed date or provide a refund, offer to use an ADR scheme and to give the company 7-14 days to respond. The company acknowledged the email but did not respond to the contents. I’m shocked that they have so many good reviews. I am starting to wonder if these excellent reviews are actually genuine? I can see there are a few 1 start reviews over various websites that had very similar experiences to us, which I wish I had seen before giving them my money! This experience has been really upsetting and unpleasant. What should have been a nice birthday present for a new dad and an excuse for a lovely first family holiday to London has just been a truly horrible experience.

Took part in my second 60-minute flight experience here last month, and it was very enjoyable - we had enough time for 3 landing challenges at Gibraltar, St Maarten's Princess Juliana airport and the old Kai Tak airport in Hong Kong. We also did an emergency landing challenge where we took off from Gatwick, the engine caught fire and we had to land again, following realistic procedures whilst doing so - was very exhilarating, and the instructor, Patrick, was brilliant in giving just the right amount of instruction to make sure you didn't get confused whilst still ensuring you had to continually focus. Would highly recommend.

Had a simulator experience bought for me as a birthday present by my wife. This was the perfect gift for me as I love anything to do with aircraft and have done since I was a child. Unfortunately, my dream of becoming a real life pilot was dashed at an early age, as I am colourblind. Having this opportunity was a dream come true. Mak my instructor is a lovely guy and he made the experience run really smoothly. I went with the intention that I would be flying between 2 different airports in 2 different countries, but Mak said that probably wasn’t the best option as it would restrict the overall experience and taking off from different airports and doing a circuit at each, would enable me to get a better idea of what the aircraft is like to fly and would give me more to do during the experience. I was able to choose which airports I could fly from and we tried different scenarios, so I was able to see what the aircraft felt like in different situations, using both the instruments to fly as well as flying by line of sight and what happens when you engage the auto pilot, or try changing course just using the rudder rather than the ailerons. We then experienced the sudden failure of an engine and Mak guided me through what needed to be done to counteract the loss of thrust on one side of the aircraft. Mak then threw another spanner in the works and we lost the other engine and had to glide the plane in to land at our chosen airport, which luckily had 3 different runways to choose from. This was all very exciting and the time literally flew by. I would throughly recommend this experience to anyone that has an interest in flying. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Mak I had a great time.

Pending review I booked the 'can anyone fly a plane' experience for a friends birthday. After a friendly introduction by our instructor Mak, we were taken into the aircraft simulator. It felt very realistic getting on board with cabin seats to the right and cockpit to the left. Weird turning left instead of right as usual. We got in our positions and it was time to fly. Our instructor Mak was superb and gave clear instruction. We managed to land safely after a second circuit around a virtual Heathrow Airport. This experience is highly recommended and we will return for a second flight soon. Thanks to Mak and the friendly booking team.

Just took a 60-minute virtual flight with Virtual Aerospace located right by Brighton City airport (just a 10-minute taxi ride from Shoreham-by-Sea that's 1 hour by direct train from London) Instructor Mak was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with a complete beginner like me. The cockpit was a replica of Boeing 737 cabin, it felt very real. I didn't have any prior experience with any flight simulators and the actual experience was way better than I expected (yet I never thought flying an airplane would be so difficult, seriously it doesn't compare to any computer games). Lots of fun and highly recommended for an exciting day out!
