   My wonderful wife bought me a Fine Llano weave Panama for my birthday. It is perfect, excellent quality, fit and the service is fantastic. For example, in original order we ordered a hat for my wife, as it was not available, they gave a discount on my hat. Not requested, but greatly appreciated. My wife has today received her custom made Panama, less than a week from ordering. Again, fantastic quality. I cannot recommend this company enough. I can highly recommend Pachacuti - to see such customer service can only be praised.

   What a great experience! I attended the store in person and so had the opportunity to try on a series of hats before I bought. The staff were attentive, courteous and seriously knowledgable about Panamas. I settled on one that needed finishing with a band. It was ready for collection on time and fits perfectly. My hat came with a classy box and a study travel tube, too. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and the service I received.
