   They were closed for staff training for an hour although it said open on their website,I watched the 2 members of staff through the window where they were just yapping and having a laugh,I had to do sign language to them to say I was picking up my foreign money,but they just mouthed back that they were closed and not opening till 10am,they didn't even have the curtesy to tell me by the door,I phoned my wife to tell her and she phoned them,she explained that I had travelled from the neath valley for this money,so they said they would open the door for me,when I returned to the shop,they wanted to be all friendly to me,I got my money and left,they locked the door behind me so I watched them from across the road,they just carried on yapping,leaning on a desk where the monitor was facing the other way,I hope hays Dock an hour out of their pay
