   Had the misfortune to meet one of Watkins buses in glynneath this afternoon and the driver was bullying his way through the traffic and gesturing for cars to get out of his way , making cars drive on the footway ,( with is illegal ) very unpleasant driver will be contacting his imployer to make a formal complaint these drivers are supposed to be proffeceinal driver s . This one was for from it a proper bully using the bus size to get what he wants .

   My wife and I went to Torquay on a Majestic holiday who used a Watkins bus and driver 11 October 21 through to 15 October 21. first time for us to do that type of break...we enjoyed it ..would recommend it to anyone..our driver Mark was exultant in all ways...smartly dressed with his clean uniform always on time ..real helpful ...the bus was clean and comfortable...all in all great time was had and felt safe on the bus with Marks driving.    Disgusting driving in Torquay today in one of the Majestic buses operated by Watkins An aggressive attitude from a driver who clearly shouldn’t be driving a bus full of old people on there travels! Cutting people up and shouting abuse from the side window!

   Hit and run outside school. Kids everywhere and on bus. Can’t get in contact, driver failed to stop. What a great example to the kids on the bus and everyone who saw it. At 3:15 so full of kids leaving school, 100s of witnesses.

   I can 100% recommend Watkins Coaches having travelled to Torquay in September 2020. John was very professional, kept to Covid rules wearing masks at all times. Very smart and arrived at destinations within a minute of his estimated time of arrivals.kept the Coach immaculate and was very polite and helpful. Very smooth journey.    Went to Belgium with this company, lovely coach but driver let the side down. Been driving coaches all my life and this guy was a bus driver, ok for running around picking up general public but no coach driver. All the way to Folkstone sat biting his nails while driving. No talking with anyone except for the bare essentials.
