   We went in for walking shoes for my husband, which we got. We also came out with 2 t shirts & a shirt for him and two T shirt-type dresses for me! The staff were helpful and the sale was great. They also gave me Blue Light discount- superb !

   Bought a pair of walking shoes. Not expensive so I understand you get what you pay for. The right shoe leaks despite the receipt says waterproof! Tried the waterproof spray they sold me but no difference! Will be taking them back!

   Great pricing and selection of things. I came for walking boots and was hoping for some help with fit and choice but the member of staff on the day didn’t do anything other than bring me sizes to try. I asked for recommendations and literally received no reply. As a new walker I felt one pair was a bit snug and so went up a half size. No one explained to me they can loosen up with use. The boots are massive on me and on my last walk o was sliding about in them and has caused issues. I’ll have to get a new pair now but I won’t be returning here as they don’t seem to do any support with fitting which I’ve since learnt from other people is essential for hiking boots and other shops do. If you know what you need to go in and get then this mountain warehouse would be fine but if you need a fitting service or more advice on what to get steer clear. Wasted my money

   Great shop. The manager Dave should be commended. As I bought a foot pump & he kindly swapped it for an electric foot pump & kindly explained how to use the foot pump. Aswell as how to use the previous one. As I was using it wrong. Which I was. He was understanding & considerate. No wonder he is the manager. Thankyou Dave.
