after arriving at the place with the clothes, the man said that he would not accept the clothes because he had no money....
Traveled 40mins to find the door locked and no answer on the phone.

A fantastic service each and every time I have needed to use it. Quick and efficient and professional at all times. Knowing that my old clothes are going to third world countries AND still getting a few quid in my back pocket is a nice touch. Took a car full of old unwanted clothing , the guy in the shop was really friendly and didnt take long at all to weigh up and pay for the stuff i took . I was quite pleasently suprised at how much i got for old clothes i was going to throw in the bin. Glad i found this place, highly recommended.
