   Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Went there to buy some clothes for myself. One of the items was not in stock so I asked for that to be ordered in store. Spoke to a lady so that she could order that for me. She asked for the code from her manager and the manager provided her with the code. Then she asked me to go to the till, because apparently she was going to order it there and take the payment. As I was waiting for that to happen, she serves another customer that came after myself. I said nothing. That customer left and when I finally thought she was going to deal with my shopping order, she gets another one in front of me and completely ignores me. All the time she was giving me weird looks. I left all my other items I was buying at her desk and left the shop. Shame on that service. When I said to her that why did she do that, she responded that she had no code, knowing for sure that I heard her manager give the code to her few minutes before. I do not know the reason of that king of service as I have not had such bad service anywhere else, but there was nothing else, apart from me being foreign, that differenced me from the other customers. Start training your employees JD! Happened on 12/10/22. Wont be there ever again.
