   Poor experience on Monday. I came for a podiatry appointment to find a fire alarm going off, with a temporary member of staff who had no clue of how to evacuate the building. If there was a real fire, we could have died. He was more interested in his mobile phone. Also, why was he wearing: blue jeans, dirty shoes and a worn out brown jumper? Where was his uniform or professionalism?

   Last minute trip to Shuropody Hanley today to find sandals for mum. (Last minute due to internet order/exchange from a different company) not arriving on time. Mandy was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service taking time and effort to ensure the sandals fitted mums feet comfortably. She managed to buy 2 pairs which she was more than happy with. She also had a couple of footcream samples which was a lovely gesture. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for your excellent customer service, it was very nice to see someone who actually cares about the customers.

   I was terrified of having my feet looked at and wish I hadn't left it so long. I saw Tracy, she was amazing at her job and really friendly, she really put me at easy. Shuropody's foot care is well worth the money for an appointment and advice considering the NHS waiting list is so long. Booked in and seen within a week. Will be returning again.

   I messed up an online order due to,I suspect,clumsiness with an unfamiliar touchscreen. Left with a payment for nearly £200 and potentially five pairs of boots! Went into Hanley shop,they were great,reassured me and got off-duty office staff to sort me out. Great work,girls,I will always come to you in future. Many,many thanks

   Very friendly and welcoming staff. Called in today with the hope I could see a chiropodist, although there were none on duty today the staff were very helpful and telephoned the Trentham Estate branch. This enabled me to get an appointment with the chiropodist on duty there. A big thank you ladies.
