   We found the staff here to be fantastic on our visits ,they do a lot here eg Autism and ADHD assessments as well as there being a pharmacy inside the large building too.Found it very pleasant when visiting and can't compliment the staff anymore we found our appointment to be so eye opening and all was done to a high standard,staff were super friendly to put you at ease while still remaining very professional.

   First experience with Thorpe Heath Centre was amazing. My daughter hates hospitals/doctors and the Nurse was really nice, my daughter left saying she liked that! Which is a first! Thank you :)

   When you call you are always number 23 in the queue and the queue never moves, it's designed to make you give up. The message says why don't you try our "interactive website" There is nothing interactive about their website at all and when you message them on there your message is ignored. A while back after my 2nd covid jab I was really ill and wanted advice, the illness went on for weeks, I couldn't get through to a doctor and they ignored my messages via the website. Before Covid the service was awful but now there isn't a service whatsoever! I will say though that before covid when I did see the doctors they were excellent.. I've not seen a doctor now since February 2020 I think

   The worst experience. The receptionist is a completely retarded at Thorpe st Andrew. I've been based in Norwich for 4 weeks and I specifically asked this receptionist, who I spoke to 3 times over the course of a week, to book my newborn baby's immunizations AT Thorpe St Andrew. I made it very clear on the telephone. Book the appointments at Thorpe. Her immunizations are already late due to COVID 19. Baring in mind I'm a new mum and a new patient here. She booked my appointment at Thorpe and my baby's appointment at Sprowston at the same time. Was I supposed to duplicate my body in the matter of seconds ? Or were you expecting me to leave my child at Thorpe and drive over to Sprowston? Thank you to the receptionist for making what is already an stressful experience even more stressful. I wont' mention her name because you will figure out the dunce one, from the rest.

   The doctor I saw was very blunt and very uncaring it made me feel like bursting into tears how rude he was. I came to be examined due to intermittent bleeding between periods and he told me he didn't have time to examine me and to make another appointment even tho I need to be referred for an ultra sound. When I told the receptionist that I needed a pre booked appointment quite quickly she laughed at me saying the doctor never would of said they need to make me a pre booked appointment and I would have to ring up on the day. I've never felt so humiliated in my life. This is the reason people leave problems until they are too late because of the hostile reception they get when they do try and get help. Absolutely disgusting I will be changing my doctors as soon as possible

   Always get an appointment on the day, new booking system is excellent, friendly reception staff, hardly any waiting time, Doctors and nurses are great. I am very grateful to be a patient of this practise.
