Attended yesterday following a fall. Staff were excellent & did everything to help me. Nurse dressed my wound without having to go to A&E I am not registered with the practice but residents in NR13 are so lucky to have such an excellent facility. Many thanks for such wonderful staff

My 82 year old mother with Alzheimer’s dementia had an appointment today, she had to travel in a taxi which was £15 and twice so £30 in total only to be informed that the person she needs to see was sick and now no one has contacted myself her daughter who looks after her medical details or even my mother, to cancel the appointment , What a waste of somebody’s time and money or because nobody contacted us to let us know! Really bad service!

If this was a commercial company they would be out of business! The most difficult, awkward, unhelpful reception staff I have ever come across - with a baffling telephone appointment system that changes every time you call! Sadly, I fear that some local people will have missed out on vital medical care due to the difficulty in making an appointment. The actual Doctors and Nurses are excellent, and work hard, good luck getting to see one though....

Nearly impossible to make an appointment. Finally got an appointment for my son who is 6weeks old. 6week check was not completed properly only 2 things checked when she should’ve checked hearing eyes sleep etc. (lots was missed). Called reception to re book another appointment with a different doctor to have it completed properly. Was told I can’t have another 6 week check for him and that I have to call Monday at 8:30 to have a phone call with the same doctor again to chat about what she did and didn’t do! Very disappointing

Booking etc total joke. My son needed an appointment and as many will know you can only do this by phoning at 8.30 in morning, so he arranges to start work at 9 instead of 8.30 losing pay, he phones from work car park and gets a phone appointment after 5. He says to the receptionist he will need to be contacted on his mobile and she confirms the number. ( we of course don`t know this and at 5.15 received a phone call from the doctor on our home number, we say he`s not home ! ) at 6 our son who is normally home by 5.30 is still not home !!! We put 2 and 2 together and ring him, he`s sitting in the car park waiting for a phone call from the Doctor. So i guess tomorrow he can do the same thing all again tomorrow. I don`t like doing a bad review but this is just one of a number of problem's we have had due to this system...

The service from Brundall Medical Practice is superb. I’d forgotten what was like to be treated well with good advice, genuine access and all with kindness. Thank you, thank you.

I came to get my medicine from the surgery and was told to clean my hands and take my temperature at the door. I was also told to remove my JSP Force 8 face mask as seen on TV and used in the N&N by Doctors, Surgeons, and other at high risk staff, and replace it with a 50 pence paper mask. May I suggest retraining of the receptionist and stop the spread of this virus by her under lack of training.

I am very impressed by this practice and the NHS must observe and use this as a template throughout the country. From when you enter to the moment you leave, all of the staff make it a hassel free experience. I have been twice within the last 6 weeks as a temporary resident patient. 1st time was on a walk in surgery and saw Nurse Practitioner Debbie of which I had to then go to hospital on her recommendation a couple of days later. With her prognosis they were able to determin what was wrong very quickly. 2nd time by appointment Post surgery. I saw Nurse Claire to have staples removed with a dressing change. She did advise me it maybe uncomfortable. So I prepared myself. I didnt feel a thing!!! Thank you to all and hope don't have to come back. If I do, I know I'm in great hands. Many thanks to all.

I like all the staff at the surgery. Dr Swarney (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) in particular is a caring, extremely professional and friendly Dr...she saved my life by her swift actions in spotting I had sepsis. Whenever I visit I don’t have to wait too long to be seen either and I’m always greeted by friendly receptionists.
