Unfortunately I've just received the worst service I've ever experienced at my otherwise lovely surgery. The lady Fran, I just spoke to was rude and it was completely unnecessary, given the fact I was in the right and their staff had given me incorrect information, then lied to make me feel bad. Unacceptable. I have always sung the praises of the receptionists here and given them positive feedback. Such a shame this has happened. I am so disappointed and I've been left very upset by the way I have just been treated. All of the receptionists have been so lovely and I feel so shocked at the treatment I've received today.
