   After my car was hit in the carpark which left lots of damage Broken glass driver did not stop drove out of the carpark like a boy racing?? The 19 plate black Mercedes could not be located on the CCTV? They could not make out the plate told me they see then changed to no we can’t then continue to cover this person that they could not work out who it was ? From all the CCTV in the carpark to inside the building They had been given a time reported to reception where I was told that the manger is a special constable !! Now our appointment was 8.55am we was bang on time ? So from all the information they can’t find who it was ! Very fishy to me where you would like to think the help and staff do the right thing but clear to see not I did get a call back from someone close to management which was extremely rude not helpful in any way can’t remember her name !!

   I moved surgery due to poor performance at my previous GP and I could not be happier with my decision. I spoke with a lady Beverly (or Bethany, apologies I'm terrible with names!) but she was brilliant, as was everyone else. The surgery were understandably incredibly busy following the bank holiday but despite this they got me in touch with a paramedic and Beverly (or Bethany, sorry again!) chased up the doctor and proactively called me back to make sure I had the medicine I sorely (literally) needed. Their professionalism, attentiveness and empathy shone through a difficult situation for both me and them and I cannot thank them enough!!

   Since we moved to Framingham Earl nearly a Year ago we have had to use the surgery many times sadly, however on each and every visit we have been dealt with efficiently and with care. Starting with the phone call they have always been answered quickly and politely with a re-route to a Doctor if necessary. On only one occasion we were not number one in the queue then by magic we can hang up and get a call back, brilliant. The Doctors are always knowledgeable, friendly and happy to give a personal call if that is the best course of action. On some occasions I get in a muddle with our medications running out or needing information, the team have always helped with compassion for an old man’s inefficiency, plus after a new medication we get a call to check all is going as expected. Nurses are always welcoming and careful and willing to listen! Finally and probably the most important for a tax Payer, TEAMWORK, the whole team come together to help patients reduce a stressful time. Thank You.

   Avoid if you value your life. Incompetent Dr's need locking up. Dish out pills they know nothing about, causing iatrogenic brain injury. Disabled because of them, lost me my job and independence and life... Every day is inhumane torture. Hope Dr Mark Vasko is happy ruining my life, needs the sack and life imprisonment

   I moved from a different surgery in Poringland because I was not happy with the service I received there. I have been a patient at old mill for at least a year and I have always experienced a first class service. I always wait a little too long but that’s because the doctors never rush their patients through. I have never felt rushed and despite seeing several different doctors and nurses, their expertise and service has always been exceptional. They listen and they always follow up on any treatment plan. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

   Excellent doctors surgery with friendly receptionists and complete with inhouse pharmacy. Brilliant overall care from both Doctors and nurses and I cannot praise enough Dr Roy Newman for his professionalism in both explaining in detail his treatment and bedside manner. All in all ten out of ten.
