This is a very good surgery indeed. They blend tight efficiency with a friendly manner. One of most efficient services is their link with Well the pharmacist for prescriptions. Other services provided by GPs and nurses also very efficient

The service of this surgery has gone down hill. Trying to book an appointment too see a doctor is non excitant, you can’t get one for love or money . Receptionist is rude and get more help by talking to a brick wall .

Cant fault the staff here, except reception since they obviously 50% of the time have a degree in rudeness over the phone. Which is a shame really for someone who isnt overly confident on phone calls at the best of times. You're better off after 8am just going to the walk in centre than calling and speaking to someone polite. Doctors and nurses however are brilliant and I can't fault them.

I have recently joined this practise. The best decision I have made in a long while. The staff without exception are pleasant and helpful. Most importantly, I have been able to see my Doctor or a Nurse without great delay and referrals for further treatment have been actioned promptly. Thankyou and keep up the great work

Don't know what happened to the warm and friendly receptionists today. Must have had an off day. I was told to go to the pharmacy about my conjunctivitis. I said I had just been to the local pharmacist who suggested I see a doctor as he was concerned about my symptoms. The abrupt response was "Ring in the morning".

In a very difficult climate within the NHS generally this surgery maintains a high standard. It you need urgent care it is available. All staff (yes I include the much maligned Receptionists) are friendly & courteous

Receptionist on 3 occasions which is the same person for all has been very rude and unpleasant and very unprofessional and even augmentative towards me and my husband, when we made a complaint the manager backed them and didn't want to know so we got no where! I have even witnessed the receptionist speak very rude to other patients! It's disgusting behaviour and she shouldn't be allowed to be in this job, shocked she is still there if I'm honest. They have zero tolerance to patients being rude to them but it's ok for this lady to do it to us and for the manager to back them when they are in the wrong it is maddness, we shall take our matter higher than the manger so something will actually get done!

A brilliant village surgery. I have always found all the staff polite, courtesy and helpful. In particular when you are in desperate need for help. I've been with them 3 years and have used them numerous times. My previous rural surgery doesn't hold a flame to these. They've been brilliant during covid too.

Other people seem to have had mixed experiences here but from phlebotomy nurses, to young and experienced female GPS, to pharmacy and receptionist staff, I can count 7-8+ staff who in my personal experience over many years are professional, courteous, warm and often funny - getting my own quirky humour and smiling when I walk in. After years of back pain it took a young graduate Doctor to get me an MRI which suddenly explained everything. As a trans person with long term pain and mental health they have been nothing but respectful and supportive. Years ago I got my first therapy referral via the practice which helped me stabilise my mood disorder and socio-economic circumstances. Thank you.
