   I had the pleasure of dealing with Victoria Wilkinson at Taylor Rose in Brighton. Victoria uses language that is easy to understand and she will explain matters in a very understandable manner. I found that she replies to communications very quickly, sometimes within moments of you having pressed the send key. I have purchased a few properties over the years and found Victoria to be spot on. If you are buying or selling a property then I would recommend not only Taylor Rose but ask for Victoria Wilkinson to deal with your case if you want the best conveyancer in the business.

   We worked with Neil Hayes of Taylor Rose on a property purchase. We had an extremely poor experience. Neil was impossible to get hold of, had to be chased multiple times, only sent the final reports hours before we were due to exchange. They failed to send important paperwork to the mortgage company which delayed exchange by a week. Our experience was so bad some of the fees were refunded. If you want a fast efficient house purchase avoid this company.

Neil Hayes has extensive knowledge on case law examples which helped me to understand individual processes - something that gives me piece of mind. He is reputable and absolutely prepared for any obstacle.
