Unfortunately our experience with Coole Bevis was very poor. We chose them because we felt the higher quote might reflect a higher level of service but this was not the case. I don't believe we ever received an update unless we asked for it, emails sometimes went unanswered or only some of our queries were responded to. We had the misfortune to deal with Carol before Sara took over. We weren't sent the Completion Statement until after the sale had been completed. I think the friendliest/most professional email we received was the one that included the link to leave a review! All in all they made a stressful situation even worse, I would definitely avoid using their conveyancing services.
