   Shocked to receive a coat with a used tissue in the pocket, the label detached but placed in the outer bag. Clearly they don’t check the returns. Also bought a few packs of joules socks, website says pack of 3 but it’s a pack of 2. Washed and worn, and each time a hole has appeared on the seam (poor quality item), not their fault as it’s a branded item, but they should keep website descriptions up to date. I raised this and asked for a replacement incase it was a bad batch but told they can’t do a exchanges. They have provided a paid return label which is good, but don’t think I’d use this company again.

   Bought a few things from Outdoor Look who are local to me. Never had an issue with contacting them and everyone had been really helpful. On the odd occasion the size was wrong there were no issues in returning and replacing. Bought a jacket here that was £28 and almost £100 elsewhere. Always keep an eye on their sales etc. Keep up the good work guys

   I made an order, I was pinged a order number.. no order email sent… no way of contacting verbally… that about said it all.. I don’t know where my order is!!! I sent an email today a week after ordering and I’ve heard nothing.. worrying I’ve been had. Disgraceful service. Never again.

   Purchased from this company twice. On one order I had to return the products as I ordered the wrong size( my mistake).. Customer service was really helpful. They responded very quickly to my calls and emails. They refunded me quickly. The products I kept were all good. High recommended

   Item ordered did not arrive on time so sent an email. Response assured me item sent by Royal Mail and delay likely due to covid. Item 4 days overdue, sent another email, same response. Following morning without reference to me order was cancelled and money refunded. Looked for item, no stock. I think they didn't have the stock in the first place. Lied to me twice, emailed to complain.No response no apology. Deeply unimpressed.

   Paid £5.66 for 1 Business Day Delivery and after 1 week sending emails and getting useless responses I had to call and cancel the order. They say that dispatch delivery time appears on your basket before you check out but nothing was on mine (I purchased another item to double-check). Customer service is far from friendly. I won't waste my time again buying anything else from this store.
