   I recently used Gray Hooper Holt for a house sale and purchase and they were fantastic. I hadn’t found a new property when I started the sale process but this was no problem and Efua was efficient and diligent throughout working to my timescales. Once I had found a new property the entire process took just over 7 weeks from offer acceptance to completion which was only made possible with the speed on both sides. I always felt like Efua had everything in hand and never needed to chase up as I have experienced in the past with other house sales/purchases. She was friendly and made the whole process stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend Efua and Gray Hooper Holt.
