   I had an assessment from a lady who was lovely and understanding. I was invited to have a scan a few days later and then talk through my options. Only yesterday, I was emailed to say due to medical conditions, BPAS is unable to treat me and my care would be transferred elsewhere. The closest service? Colchester! I have no means at all of getting there. I'm devastated by this and feel a lot of time and energy was wasted.

   I was very scared coming to the clinic (naturally) the lady at reception was so nice and put me at ease, I then had a lovely technician lady who spoke to me in such a kind way, keeping me informed and feeling comfortable, I really appreciate the help BPAS offered. This isn’t something people do lightly and having staff that support and a judgement free environment really helped. The phone call was very informative and gave me the courage to book a coil appointment. Everything was done so swiftly, professional and under the radar that I’m braving leaving a public review so others going through a similar experience can know there’s people ready to help

   One of the least helpful clinics out there, told me that there wasn’t enough funding to process the request. Then told me twice by two different people to phone a number that doesn’t exist as it’s got too little digits. Absolute joke.

   Fantastic staff, give 110% to women. Offering a choice and options to all, at what can be a difficult time. People are always going to complain about such a sensitive area, knowing only half of what goes on in this company and women's lives.

   I wouldn't even give this place a single star, tried to counsel my daughter out of having a termination. Even showing her the scan and printing pictures. You are not there to change minds you are simply there to support these girls decisions which are difficult enough without your midwives opinions!!! Disguising
