Whilst I always favour this pharmacy because of it's great staff, good knowledge, and helpfulness, I felt let down by the pharmacist this morning. Told by my surgery to ask a pharmacist to look at a spot that had occurred on my upper arm I went there and told her. She stayed behind the counter and without checking or feeling the spot just said I need to go to the doctors. Probably need to be referred to the hospital! Think this could have and should have be done in the private of the small room that is there, not in the shop front. Thought pharmacists were there to ease the workload of the doctors. This pharmacist, without checking the spot, obviously is not. Disappointing.
