   I ran out of my thyroxine medication and asked if I could borrow some and take them off when my prescription is delivered. I was told no I'd have to wait for mthem to receive my prescription. I've been using this pharmacy for over a year they get my prescription delivered to them. Really bad service will be taking my perception elsewhere from now on.

   Over the last 2 - 3 months I have waited a whole week before my medications are actually delivered. I thought the Pharmacy states a 2 - 3 day wait, but certainly not a week

   Made a complaint with their head office about this pharmacy. Never answer the phones and had to waste £20 on taxies because of it whilst going back and forth to see if my medication is in. Very rude staff when you do go in and if someone could actually smile it might help, it's like they don't want to be there for some reason. I can't think why?

   This used to be a great little pharmacy. However …….. there always seems to be an atmosphere amongst the staff as if they have all been told off or have all had an argument. I get the impression that this is not the best place to work. Lately every time I go to collect a repeat prescription, instead of making it up when it’s received from the GP, they make it up when you go to collect it. This invariably means a long wait as there always seems to be a queue. I don’t think they can cope with their workload- probably as a result, the staff are rude to customers . The last time I was there the receptionist was so rude to a very frail, elderly lady who only needed reassurance that her tablets would be ready shortly as she was about to run out. There was no compassion shown whatsoever. I use this pharmacist as it is close - but sadly I think I will have to collect my prescriptions from an alternative pharmacy for a happier, friendlier, more efficient service.

   Fantastic service. Phoned to GP for a prescription. Was told to pick it up from surgery, but within 3hrs I had had it delivered by Cefn Glas Pharmacy. Saved me going out. Brilliant service
