This is a very well run pharmacy with very helpful staff who are very pleasant and always go above and beyond to help their customers. It's also conveniently situated next to Tyn-y-Coed surgery. They also run a delivery service.
Ive always found staff helpful. Sometimes distracted due to the work load. Dropped a star purely down to queue length.
Excellent experience at tyn y coed well pharmacy . The pharmacist always takes time to listen and answers all my questions in an orderly manner . Very professional and helpful.

I agree with the idea that some of the staff are quite rude (and now with covid, unnecessarily patronising) and this really doesn’t help in the type of environment that typically involves quite long waiting. Definitely, one or two people could do with some customer service training!
There is a problem with my medication being ready on every occasion I go there. They're late ordering the repeat script with the surgery (next door); ask on every occasion if they order it for me (which they've done for a couple of years); and I have to queue for at least 30-40 minutes to get in the door to be told this. I have to collect my script this morning, and I'm dreading it. I'll make a second review and let you know how it goes. If there's an issue this time, I'll be taking my custom elsewhere.
Wow. Just got called a liar in front of several people in the pharmacy because they couldn't find my prescription and when they did they said I had already collected it. When I said I hadnt- got told "well you have because thr system says so". No apology when they found it. As per other reviews it is a busy pharmacy and understaffed. I understand the staff cant help that and wait times should be expected. However, to point blank call someone a liar in front of a several other customers is just unacceptable.
