   Really uncomfortable experience at the pharmacy, customer service was really low standard and I felt really patronised by the manager with blonde hair. Would not return.

   Dunno who the manager think she is. Chubby blonde lady with glasses is rude and her appearance is well below par for a professional setting. Poor customer service and rude. Tesco please sort your managers out if this is the behaviour the public are receiving whilst sick and collecting medication instead to think of those in real life threatening situations

   If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would. Rude, incompetent staff. The customer service from this pharmacy is appalling. Prescriptions always ‘lost’ no apologies, always make out it’s your fault! The managers don’t seem to give a hoot and are just as rude as their staff!! They should be mindful that the general public keep them in a job. Without them they would be unemployed. Dont recommend to use them at all, they always seem to have different and every excuse under the sun for their appalling service.

   Unbelievably rude staff, took a prescription in, lady took it off me without a word and walked behind the counter where she continued her chat with a colleague with lots of laughs and hugs. After waiting 20 minutes finally they gave it to me, now 20 minutes isn't the end of the world, however it would have been nice to be told of the wait so I could have done my shopping in the mean time! Instead of me standing around like a right T!T. What makes it worse is people came after me with there prescriptions and seem to have there after just 5 minutes.
