AVOID THEM! My order is delayed by 10 days. When I called them and told them about the delivery issue with Royal Mail their response was we dispatched the order on time and you need to deal with Royal Mail. When I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money they said can’t do that. Awful! Please refund my money as I can’t wait forever to receive my glucose monitor
Amazing and fast service for a prescription (not fat jabs that everyone and their grandmothers on!) consultation, dispatched and delivered all in less than 48 hours. Yes more expensive than a usual nhs prescription however its the convinience for me at this time was very beneficial. Will definetely use service again if required.
I had an issue with my prescription and the level of customer service I received from Tara was excellent. She really listened to my issue and promptly responded to my emails and called me when she said she was going to. I can't speak highly enough of her. I'd definitely recommend e-surgery to anyone.
WATCH OUT FOR THIS LOT, sham/scam. How did they ever get a licence number? Because I couldnt get an appointment with my regular GP for three weeks I turned to the internet as I had accute tonsil problems so was prescribed, by e-Surgery, phenoxymethylpenicillin (pen V) 250mg 4 times a day for 10 days which is nowhere near the suggested NHS prescribed level for tonsillitis with pen V which is 500mg 4 times a day for 10 days or 1000mg twice a day for 10 days. 250mg is a preventative dose not a curing dose. I tried to order an additional prescription but they refused. As a result I have ended up probably worse off than when I started the course and now on more painkillers that i feel comfortable with. I have tried to contact them, telephone line dead, no response on chat, other than some useless bot and their email is not recognised as an address. I have noticed in other reviews that they say they have a staffing problem, poor service has been ongoing for more than 8 months. Total waste of money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE WINGING IT.
Worse surgery out of all others tested, make a mistake on your prescription form you can’t amend it or get another prescription on a new consultation because of that one previous mistake they’ll take your money first before refunding it avoid
