   While some of the staff are extremely polite and helpful as are the head office management of the organisation a small number of staff at this branch have caused me issues by being unjustifiably defensive abrupt and sometimes argumentative with a lack of respect and empathy for patience in receipt of medication when dealing with them personally. When errors are made issuing important medication Ladysmith any suggestion that day could have made an error while packing and checking the items while I have had issues with deliveries of medication in the past that situation seems to be improving.

   I would rate this pharmacy at -5 stars if I could, just phoned to try and get my medication delivered with my partner's medication to the same address and got told no because they lose money with the delivery service. It is ridiculous and the organisation lacks common sense in it's metrics and policies.

   Absolutely awful pharmacy. The manager should be sacked. Took my repeat prescription in 10 days ago and they lost it. Told them I needed my heart failure medication today as run out of tablets and they told me nothing they could do and to go to Tesco. Went to Tesco. Pharmacist there told me there was no reason they could have not given me an emergency prescription just pure laziness on their part. Thank you Tesco. Will be using you instead of this awful excuse of a pharmacy.

   This is attached to the surgery next door, the doctors and staff are amazing. But chemist not Several times I am told my medication is ready by text, when gone to pick them up they only have 2 items out of 6. They then say come back in a few days and the rest be ready. Went back but items still not ordered, they then say you didn’t bring prescription which I already went for previous. Again went for prescription same happened so asked for a script saying they own me items. Again several visits and same happened. Last time I went I complained about the shortage of my prescription and again asked for a note saying I haven’t received them, the girl said it’s in the bag. I got to car and it wasn’t. I’ve been into doctors to ask for prescription to go elsewhere. Terrible service and I don’t like being lied to by the staff. Next step in reporting to Well pharmacy headquarters

   I've had quite a few problems getting my meds on time ,it's ridiculous, went in Tuesday and they weren't done got told a 28 day prescription wouldn't be ready till 6th ,they were last ordered 3rd of last month ,they apparently didn't check it properly wasn't until later tonight I noticed 2 of my meds that I do need went even in and there attertudes st are so nasty most of time ,.Now coz it's good Friday tomorrow I have to wait till Tuesday

   The attitude of the dispensing staff is awful. They don’t inform you of missing medication because they are out of stock! I wont be using this pharmacy any longer. A smile and good customer service goes along way but unfortunately this is something this branch is missing!

   The pharmacy is closed on saturday and sunday since march or april. The staff are always helpful and polite. Good stock of gifts for xmas. Reasonably priced.

   I visited today to collect my monthly prescription. The poor staff were doing an incredible job in the most difficult of situations. I have just dropped off a bag of chocolates, which I hope they get, as I left them with a lady in the queue outside, just to let them know that they are appreciated, and are doing an amazing job.
