Great service today from the kind nurse that did my bloods... Was not feeling good today and the nurse (Emma) could not have been more thoughtful, kind, helpful and competent. I understand peoples frustration with NHS appts at the moment. But aren't all Drs surgeries under the same immense pressure right now? and of course that includes the people that work there. So... Is it the fault of the people that work there if demand outstrips availability? its a national issue. I like to remember each staff member is someone's mum, dad, daughter, or son trying their best to deliver a service under difficult circumstances. I have a friend who works elsewhere in the country who speaks of people shouting and cursing at them because they cant have an appt... Wasn't such a long time ago we were applauding such ones during the COVID crisis. So its 5 stars from me... What would we do without people who care enough choose a vocation despite the flak they get?

I have been with the Practice for many years and have always been able to see my GP as and when required. My prescriptions are always dealt with quickly and professionally. Excellent service

Impossible to get an appointment after 10am despite forms being open online. I have been waiting over a year for referrals only to be told by the crisis 111 line they weren't made. I went to make a complaint and they said they would sort it but they've let me slip inbetween the cracks again. I've had to have shouting matches with the Dr as they took everything I said about my own health care as if it was a personal attack, to the point where they were questioning why I had phoned up in the first place despite me being told to by other professionals if my symptoms change or get worse. I avoid making appointments meaning my health is getting worse. I ended up calling a crisis line after my last appointment because of how I was treated about my chronic illness. When asking for referrals to clinics with professional letters and covers supplied, I have had to argue and insist for them to fill out the most basic of paper work within my rights. This surgery needs investigating for their patient neglect. I have never in my life been treated so poorly over my basic rights. I shall continue to suffer in silence until can find a new GP.

Shocking doctors, they make it as difficult as possible to book an appointment! When you eventually get in the practise is empty! They don't seem to care about their patients just happy to take the money

Not my doctor's surgery but I do have to visit on occasions for my partner. Disabled and normal parking is quite good but don't try to park there when school's over as all the Chelsea tractors in Norfolk fill the car park and road to pick up their kids for the 2 minute drive home!

Someone could mark the place better as was hard to find. My GP told me to go the Humbleyard Centre to do a blood test, which turned out to be something else - not this Mulbarton GP at all.
