    The therapist took credit for situations which took place before the therapy began & didn't help with the issues we were trying to get help for. She also went back on what she had agreed during the first session, denied it altogether. She put me down in front of my Son causing me to walk out of the room. Altogether a traumatic experience & caused more harm than good! I had to remind myself that I was doing my best to try to get my Son help. She also got us to fill out the feedback form before the last session had begun in the reception, then once in the room her attitude was one of quickly summerising & getting us out. I was left feeling its all about ticking boxes at the end of the day, job done! This was my honest experience with this therapist, not to say they're all like this. The reception lady was always friendly., might have just been unlucky with this therapist!

    Disappointed! Extremely difficult on interaction and communication with the offered psychologist for the appointment. A psychologist that involves conflict. Unfortunately she has done more damage than help!
