Way Overpriced, spent a fortune yet lost the property we’ve been wanting for months despite having and complying with all their requirements. They were so slow and won’t think of ways to help you. I'm into the eight month of trying to purchase a property and this is because their solicitor Lynn Parris is absolutely useless at responding to my solicitor's inquiries. Literally months go by without responding to an email. She's also very good at ignoring the seller's emails and estate agents emails. Please choose another solicitor who can do his/her job well.
Made an appointment with them, then they had no idea who I was. I took the day off to try and sort this out. Eventually after visiting the office and making another call I gave up and went to Barwells. If you're looking from google maps, it looks like the office is in Peacehaven, but it isn't. Avoid - or make sure they are clear when and where you are meeting and get at least an email from them.
