Dealing with probate was not something I felt comfortable with, so having somebody that deals with it daily was a relief.    We are using Mayo Wynne Baxter to provide us with a 'comprehensive' Legal solution following the death of my Mother in March this year. Having previously been selected to prepare the Last Will and Testament for both my Father, who passed away some years ago, and sadly my Mother a few months ago, they are now completing both the Grant of Probate (Roshni Patel & Team) and the Conveyancing for the Sale of her Property (Simon Harris & Team 'Molly Hamilton') and have kept us updated and informed during the current required process.
