The amazing woman/pharmacy who done a b strep test on my son on Friday was brilliant. She really made my son feel at ease who is 9. She was warm, kind and caring. What an fabulous woman thankyou so much
They are amazing and go above and beyond. Will get on to doctors about prescription but need reminding tbh so does everyone else. They are really friendly and patched me up when I had an accident down the road in the frost and ice.
Phoned up pharmacy told me come down straight away great staff very helpful and pharmacist to, top people great help with my diagnosis

Change to Dafen pharmacy yesterday, they collected my prescription this morning, and it was delivered this afternoon, loverly staff and first class service , thank you very much.
I registered and put in for a repeat prescription through them, they informed me I had to phone orders in 'by 11am', then when I rang at 9.45am, was told the delivery driver had already left and that its best to phone for repeat prescriptions before 9.25am. If I didn't then it would take a day longer to get my prescription to me. I said that would be ok and told them what I needed. When nothing arrived and the pharmacy continually ignore their phone, I phone my doctors surgery 3 days later only to be told Dafen Pharmacy had never even turned up with my prescription. I won't be using a pharmacy delivery service I can't rely on to collect and deliver medication I need, if they fail to even answer their phone (several times a day over several days) and don't even take my scripts down after saying they would. While many do rely on this pharmacy, I for one won't trust them again.
