I do not think I have ever come across a more determined, diligent and honestly professional solicitor than Lyn.    I have had such positive experiences from my encounters with Bate & Albon. Phaedra was superb when helping me to purchase my flat as a (clueless!) first time buyer and so I returned to them when the freehold came up for purchase on my block. Ricky has been excellent and we have now completed the process. His communication is swift and clear and he made the whole purchase extremely smooth and manageable for all of the leaseholders involved. He is extremely knowledgable and very generous with his time. Their fees are very reasonable and we really couldn’t fault them. Highly, highly recommend!

   Phaedra was absolutely fantastic helping us in the buying of our 1st home in Brighton. She had come recommended by friends but she blew my expectations out of the water. Her advise throughout the whole process for a newbie like myself was tremendously helpful. I had quite a few questions along the way and her guidance was amazing and she was beyond efficient with getting back to me. I'd heard so many horror stories from friends about solicitors being so busy that it massively delayed the buying process but she was amazing and most times when I emailed her I would get responses and answers almost right away or within 24 hours which is unheard of.
