Fantastic service. Needed a mortgage consent completed at the last minute. Phoned at least 15 local firms and began thinking we'd have to trek to London to get it sorted. However, Nick made time for us, setting time out from his busy schedule to help us. His advice was both very helpful and understandable, and the fee was very competitive also. I will for sure be considering Dakers for any future legal requirements

Look at Blackburn and Burnley, Spurs and Arsenal etc
I've used Dakers now for 10 years on half a dozen projects. I'm not sure why - the first house purchase went OK, and their conveyancing charge is on the low end, but recently I've ended up paying thrice over by having to continually fix the problems they cause and chase on progress. It seems that no one works a full week there, and you're lucky if on a given day someone else is up to speed, which leads to a constant stop-start and vastly hampered progress. In every single purchase I've involved them on I've received complaints about their poor organisation and process, this has costed me dearly. I expect they will be retiring soon, but certainly to be avoided as of 2020.
Cracking service every time!! Such lovely people. Marie is lovely to speak to and will always find a way to help. Tim goes through every detail and has saved me on more than one occasion from agreeing to something with potential severe consequences.
