   Shocking and disgraceful place, avoid! They take no accountability for their mistakes, always blame the surgery for their incompetence and refuse to assist when they mess up. They didn't order one of my repeat management medication and refused to give me an emergency dose for the weekend because i raised the issue at 5.50pm, regardless of the fact i cannot miss a dose let alone all of the weekend doses without unpleasant and serious consequences. Apparently they were closed by the time the very rude and arrogant man came to tell me they had requested it but the surgery had not provided a script. Interesting the surgery gave a script for everything else! The surgery confirmed it hadn't been requested but even then the poor excuse for a pharmacist would not help. It's a shame the female pharmacist wasn't there as she helps people especially when it's their fault. It's not the first time they have messed up my medication and it won't be the last. If you have medication that can't be stopped without serious issues don't get it from here. Thankfully the surgery were amazing, the shameful pharmacist could learn something from how helpful they were. I am sure he will get everyone to laugh at this review rather than take it seriously but that just confirms his arrogance. I won't miss getting my medication from here anymore and recommend others go elsewhere. It's a shame as some people who work there can be great but shameful behaviour sticks and under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 he had no reason other than pure laziness and a can't be bothered attitude not to give me an emergency dose. Despite saying i didn't drive i was told to go to Tesco to get the emergency dose yet he could have prescribed the emergency dose in the time he spent lying and refusing to help. I know i would have.

   There isn't enough patience in the world for this pharmacy. I was told my prescription would be ready by Friday. I arrive to pick it up Friday afternoon and they've not even ordered it in. Given every excuse except for just a plain 'sorry' I am now left without my medication for a whole weekend due to their incompetence. This is the final straw, I have no more patience, I will move pharmacy.

   Such helpful staff and everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. By far the best pharmacy I've been to . Last visit they even had 0.9 saline. Many thanks

   The staff here are very friendly and helpful but getting through on the telephone is a nightmare I've just spent 40 minutes as number 2 in the queue might have just drawn the short straw think i might have broken a record 3x 20 minutes calls and was third in the que time i don't believe it never got an answer

   Total waste of space! Requested my repeat prescription which was delivered with items missing! When I questioned this with the chemist they made out I was at fault when in reality THEY were at fault for missing it out. I put this request in 3 weeks ago and their reply - it will be ready AFTER Christmas. Now correct me if I’m wrong but if it was THEIR mistake then the least they could do is to get my medication to me without further delay! Now I am left in pain with missing pain killers over Christmas due to no fault of my own - Disgusting! My advice....Go somewhere else!

   Words fail me in this place. They got an automated system in place to pick your prescription so it should be quicker and easier. Oooooo no average wait for your medication is approx 30/40 mins and that is if there isn't anyone there.there seems to be loads of staff there but by no means is that making your prescription being processed any quicker. The pharmacist just stands there as if he is conducting a orchestra but very badly. I'd rather get my prescription and go to Asda to get it. Shocking service
