Poor organisation. They exchanged on behalf of their client (the seller) without getting a second mortgage redemption, so on completion day my mother was asked for more money by them!! Turned out that their client, the seller was in arrears with the bank!! This caused my 75 year old mother significant stress and loss of money and a home! This organisation did not appear to care as the communication was poor, with little or no correspondence with my mother's solicitor on what was going on. They left my mother in limbo for weeks, there was no apology for their mistake or compensation for my mother's losses. They will be reported to the law society when my mother is up to it as she is still recovering with the impact of all of this. I have been asked to remove this review by them, therefore I have edited it to ensure clarity as we were not client but were impacted significantly because of their practices.
They have gone down hill since Richard Dunn left. He was excellent at responding to emails and calls, now they are bang average at best.
