   AVOID writing a WILL here! My mum used Simpson solicitors in Southwick thinking they were a local firm and it would be more straightforward for us all! Trying to obtain my Mum’s WILL since she passed away and they have passed me onto Derby- have been charge a release fee to obtain her WILL. No one calls back and I’ve not had any communication or received the WILL- it’s been a nightmare, something that isn’t appreciated given the already difficult circumstances. Save the headache and find somewhere else.

   My mum and dad both had their wills written here in 2021 and Jackie was very helpful. However, they didn’t realise that when they were to pass away as my dad did last year that this firm wouldn’t execute the estate but another part of the firm called Right Probate based in Derby does instead. Please do not use these solicitors as they won’t reply to your emails or calls after Probate has been granted!
