   i have used their services to draft a shareholder agreement for our start up company. In April, we were in contact with one of our potential investor’s and requested Suzanne’s services to draft a shareholder agreement for us. We have used Suzanne Davie services however, she didnt finish completely the job professionally which caused us to pay more than 250 GBP for an error she made and didt try to fix it( even after many times of calling her and emailing her but she decided to ignore it all) After that, we have complaint to LEGALDROP and after many calls with their answering team in London, we didnt hear anything from the LEGALDROP team even though we have sent emails asking for justice form the bad experiences we had with Suzanne. Not really recommend their services i.e. not only the incompletion in the services provided but also their irresponsibility to resolve the mess they created .

   In London where I live its almost impossible to get the attention of a solicitor to deal with any small though vital matter. So I was very pleased to discover online Legal Drop who put me in touch with a lawyer experienced in the matter of my concern, which happened to be dealing with a mistake that had been made by the local Council's business rates department. Though I had not been able to get their attention to the matter, after trying for 6 months, Legal Drop's lawyer contacted them and after three emails from him the whole matter was resolved. I intend using Legal Drop again if and when I need legal help.
