    Excellent Personal Service Above & Beyond. Used David for a purchase that was by no way/means a straight forward purchase as the lease was defective and we wanted to build/extend the property, which entailed a huge amount of negotiation with the freeholder.     Very expensive considering the service level! David Lloyd would take up to 5 days to return emails and failed to properly attend to emails sent o him by the vendor. Often we were issued documents that were meant for other clients or related to a completely different property transaction. Best bit - no money through from our sale yet, 3 days later!
