We booked a Cash Grabber machine for our Black Friday event at Smile White, we paid extra for the machine to be branded which was worth every penny. Arrived on time and as described, all of our staff enjoyed the game and we had lots of fun. It was a great addition to our event. Would highly recommend to all!
JM entertainment were outstanding in every way. They provided accurate and helpful quotes, answered emails mostly promptly but were very helpful on the phone if needed. Called me and emailed to check details and were super friendly and helpful on the day of our Christmas lights switch on event. I would definitely use them again.

James and the team from JM Entertainment were fabulous to work with in the planning, execution and pack down of our corporate event. James made it so easy and took a big weight off our shoulders in organising the fun fair activities for our staff and their families. His expert advice from the beginning was invaluable and much appreciated! We hired several items from JM Entertainment from a variety of inflatables (bouncy castle, archery, basketball), the climbing wall (which was hit!), flight simulators, balloon modelling, fun fair games, stage set up and sound system, picnic chairs and tables, selfie booth and lots more. All were in great condition and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed! Great service from all the staff in planning, set up, manning the inflatables and pack down. We hired several games machines from JM Entertaiment for our wedding on New years eve, Air hockey, pool and table football. The level of service was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and professional and the machines were of excellent quality. The children (and quite a few adults!) loved them all and it made our wedding reception. I contacted JM Entertainment about hiring a buzz wire for a recent event we were exhibiting at in the NEC Birmingham. Lauren was extremely helpful from the beginning. She replied to emails quickly and made suggestions to improve the experience for our customers. The communication from JM Entertainment was excellent! We hired funfair stalls and deckchairs from JM Entertainment for a recent social event. They were professional, helpful and of great quality. The funfair stalls were even staffed and came with prizes people could win for playing for free. Recommended.
JM Entertainment provided three attractions for us. They arrived at the site in plenty of time and got everything set up really quickly. The laser clay pigeon shoot was a little late arriving because of a fault which had to be corrected. The organisers kept us well up to date with how things were going. The staff were fantastic and worked really hard all day. The attractions were so popular with the youngsters as we provided free rides for all, that there were queues all afternoon for these. The staff were kept very busy but remained cheerful and helpful with everyone. At the end of the day they packed up very quickly and efficiently and went off for their next event. Thank you - you provided an excellent day for us!
We used JM Entertainment for our spring ball where we hired the dance machine, LED table football and the shuffle board. It was a really good addition to the party and people loved playing the different games. Would recommended for any events in the future as they also have lots of other options available. :-)
