   Happy 365 - Coaching for exceptional management teaming Louise initially engaged with our senior management team in July and we have recently extended the programme to include three new senior management resources. The business coaching delivered by Louise has helped the team decode interpersonal and professional behaviours resulting in stronger cohesion within the team. The skills transferred have enabled managers to better able to understand their own teams, and ensure optimal engagement. We have integrated the Happy365 philosophy into all our objectives. Working with Louise in the 121 coaching sessions, I was able to discuss challenges within the business and get alignment on how best to resolve these while working with the Happy365 values. I feel that business coaching is imperative for ensuring that a successful leadership has the support it needs to grow a business and maintain an talent-attracting and retaining culture. Happy365 certainly fitted our needs.
