   One of the finest guest house experiences I have had on my extensive travels, wonderful hosts, fantastical appointed and comfortable room, tremendous high quality and beautifully presented breakfast. Far superior to any Premier Inn or the like and better value for money as well. Highly recommend if you can gain a reservation. Tip if travelling by public transport, the bus service from the city to the guest house is excellent during the day yet stops running at around 19.00 hrs a taxi will cost you around ten pounds.

   The breakfast alone was worth the stay. But also, Roger and Pam are wonderful people and I will miss the great conversation. Right next to the 13 and 54 routes, it's a 20 minute bus ride to the train station. Rooms were very clean with great amenities. Kid friendly. Do yourself (and the UK) a favour and give a great local guesthouse your business!

   Very good host, very clean and comfortable rooms . I would personally suggest anyone who stays here to wake up early and go to the back garden and enjoy the stunning nature!!! Best English breakfast ever!!! Altogether a beautiful stay .

   We stayed 7 nights, Roger showed us to our lovely room, he did mention it was ready for a refurbishment! The amenities excellent everything we needed and more, Pam's breakfast was delicious and filling, set us up for the day, Roger was very knowledgeable about Norwich and helped with bus times etc Pam and Roger went out their way to make our stay perfect in every way.

   Excellent customer service provided at this guesthouse. The few days I was there were filled with laughter, conversation and great advice about learning more about Norwich; the city of stories. The breakfast in the morning was always prepared with care and compliments to Pam; l always finished the meal with a smile on my face. I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family in the near future.

   Pam and Roger are the nicest people you could meet so caring and welcoming. The rooms are so comfortable and clean and a fridge, microwave and toaster are added extras. The breakfasts are wonderful. Thank you Pam and Roger for a very happy, safe and comfortable stay and we shall certainly see you again.

   From start to finish I was well looked after. The rooms were clean and spacious and Roger and Pam were so welcoming. The location was superb and parking. The room had a microwave, toaster, small fridge and tea and coffee facilities that were replenished everyday. I had my own key so I could come and go as I liked and the breakfast was first class. I had to ask for less on day two as there was so much of it. A great start to the day. I will definitely be staying there again and recommend it to any one looking for accommodation in Norwich. Thank you Pam and Roger for being such great hosts.
