   Had an emergency vet trip and Newhaven cabs got me there asap was at my door within minutes and the driver got us to pdsa brighton as quick as he could from newhaven and thanks to him the cat was treated and now home resting big thank you to the driver

   So reliable! Always on time..even during the busiest night of 5 November trying to get 6 of us to Lewes the firm kept in touch and ensured we all got there and back despite road closures in Beddingham! Taxi driver even had disco lights in the van! Thanks Newhaven and Seaford Taxis!

   This company is amazing the drivers are fantastic I would highly recommend getting a taxi from this firm they are a well established company and they have had some of there drivers working there for 30 plus years so they know all their regular customers and they look after them. Nothing is too much for the drivers. The office staff are very professional and polite.

   More than half the homes in the UK have a pet, I simply don’t understand why this company doesn’t allow customers with them - or hires drivers who don’t allow them (an excuse really), it’s 100% bad form. C’mon guys, be pet-friendly!

   Rang for a taxi at 1.56am to be told that a cab will be 10 minutes, 20 minutes later I ring back to find out where the cab is and I'm asked what my address is again? I tell the guy and he says he will speak to the driver and find out where he is. 10 minutes later I call back again to be asked what's my house number again and then I'm put on hold "while he asks the driver again" where he is. The phone cuts off so I ring back multiple times just to have the call sent to busy. No one showed up to my address and no one had the decency to ring me back and apologise and explain why no one was coming. 50 minutes in total waiting for a 10 minute cab.. worst service

   Amazing customer service, booked a cab from Firle Place back to Newhaven. Lovely driver Tan polite young man picked me up in his Audi, it was a very nice car. By far the best taxi service in the South East.
