   Thank God for Beacon Taxis this morning. No other taxi service could provide because of all the kids going to school in them nowadays at 8.15am. Thankfully Beacon was there in less than 5 minutes. Great service nice operator lady and nice taxi driver too.

   Ordered 2 taxis for Christmas Day, one for wheelchair user. Receptionist very helpful when booking. Both taxis turned up exactly on time and both drivers very patient and helpful. A huge thankyou from me as we could not have brought our elderly parents together for Christmas without this service.

   I suggest no-one uses this company, taxi is always late and staff are extremely rude, even the owner has absolutely no people skills, my taxi was running late, I was told he was "a few seconds away", 20 minutes later I called back as still no taxi, the boss was very rude, shouting and being unreasonable and then told me "to forget it". I feel sorry for the drivers who are all self employed and rely on the office staff to provide good customer service, drivers are lovely, the person I spoke with however (which turned out to be the boss) was abhorrent. Complaint filed with licensing team.

   Fantastic experience using this service for the first time. The driver made every effort to get me to my important train, despite having other bookings, and was able to take my request last minute. Pleasant, polite driver. My new go-to taxi service!
