Tip top location, warm welcome, fab breakfast. The Stiffkey single room was gorgeously comfortable and spacious for my 4 night stay. I loved it and can highly recommend.

This B&B is a real gem. Convenient location, walking distance to the shops, market and restaurants. We parked at nearby St Andrews car park, a short walk away. Gorgeous, spacious interior – total luxury. Morag is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome in her home. We stayed in the Magnolia Tree room, which was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast featured warm croissants and berries prepared specifically for us at our chosen time to enjoy in our room. The whole building is impeccable and beautifully furnished.

We checked in at the last minute as our other plans had fallen through. Morag could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The room was lovely, the breakfast was delicious and the home made 'afternoon treat' was most welcome. Highly recommended.
My husband and I had a wonderful weekend staying at the elegant 3 Princes Street, Norwich, with our gracious host Morag. Our room was huge by city standards, and was beautifully presented and extremely clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the delicious breakfast was thoughtfully put together and left for us to help ourselves. All in all, it was absolutely perfect, and we can't wait to return.
