   This place is far from the "luxury" advertised in the name of the complex. The constant running and jumping from children in the flat above made it impossible to relax. The sink drains were clogged, the shower leaked, and the carpet was grossly stained throughout. The furniture cushions were so old and flat that it was uncomfortable to sit on them for more than a few minutes. The only TV was barely bigger than a laptop screen, which was extremely disappointing. The tea kettle was full of large flakes of limescale, making it unusable. The beds were super uncomfortable, and the pillows were completely flat. To make matters worse, the deadbolt on the door didn’t even work, which was concerning. Additionally, there was no welcome book with basic instructions, such as the Wi-Fi password, so we had to rely on emailing the host, who typically responded a day later. Overall, this stay was far from luxurious and not worth the money. I would not recommend it to anyone.

   Beware of THE LIAR landlady, Emily B. We r currently trying to get our money back. She says she will reply and respond but she doesn't after she receives the money
