   I chose Barcare Supreme to install a new glasswasher because they were recommended by one of their previous customers. I have to say the whole process was exceptional, from the initial enquiry through to installation. Barcare are clearly passionate about commercial glasswashing and were able to train our staff on how to get the best performance from our new machine. They also advised us on which cleaning chemicals to use. Since we've had the dishwasher installed we've enjoyed fantastic cleaning results. Thank you Barcare!

   very rude service engineer , not able to understand the customer , customer service very very poor . booked an engineer to check my glass washer at 2pm and turned up at 12.30pm. Glass washer is bought 8 months back and stopped working. logged a warranty call for engineer came after 2 weeks and firstly very rude then demanding £150 + vat and in a minute he is demanding £100 cash to fix the machine. when the manager asked him how can i help you then he just walked off the site. Really Unprofessional and i called up customer service and she asked me to get this machine serviced from some other company. what a pooor service and i hap good hope from barcare but failed.
